Lantern Ink Terms & Conditions 1. Blank Substitutions: If your selected blanks are out of stock, Lantern Ink may substitute with a similar style and color. Significant changes (e.g., navy to yellow) will be approved with the client. 2. Stock Availability: Due to ongoing supply chain issues, item availability can change quickly. We order blanks only after quotes are approved and invoices are paid. 3. Ink Supply: While there are currently no ink shortages, future disruptions are possible. We’ll notify you if your order is affected. 4. Order Finalization: Orders move into production only after proof approval and payment. Blanks are purchased at that time. 5. Approval Responsibility: By approving your quote, you confirm all details—including artwork, Pantone colors, print placement, spelling, pricing, and quantities—are correct. Your order will print exactly as approved. Lantern Ink is not responsible for errors found after approval. Colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to screen differences. 6. 30-Day Resolution Window: Any order issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After that, Lantern Ink is not responsible for replacements, refunds, or corrections.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as all purchases are custom-decorated items. If your order is damaged or defective, we will make every effort to send a replacement as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within the parameters set in each store Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
